The Daily Flow helps you recognize what you are feeling and distinguish between what is truly yours and what arises from the greater whole. It invites you to consciously use the energy of the day to strengthen your actions and release what no longer serves you.

By  measuring the SEM value (Sun, Earth, Moon), we gain insight into our emotional tides. Emotions are simply 'energy in motion'.
